All Service Providers must abide by the Code of Conduct laid herein.

Ethical Standards 

  1. Integrity- The Service Provider shall act and conduct business ethically and legally in all activities with the clients and Tradesperson.
  2. Honesty- The Service Provider shall be truthful and transparent in all communications and dealings with clients and Tradesperson. Service Provider shall not engage in any form of deception, fraud, or dishonesty towards Tradesperson or the clients.
  3. Quality- The Service Provider shall ensure quality workmanship and use the right and proper tools and materials. The Service Provider must not compromise on quality and must keep the client informed of any challenges and type of material to be used.
  4. Confidentiality- The Service Provider must respect the privacy and confidentiality of all information that is shared by clients and not share or circulate such without written consent. 
  5. Accountability– The Service Provider shall be accountable for his/her work and shall not shift blame or make excuses for own mistakes.
  6. Professionalism– The Service Provider shall not engage in any behaviour that could harm the reputation of Tradesperson or clients but shall conduct himself in a professional manner at all times.
